Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

There will be a 5% restocking fee on each item that is being returned, if accepted.

All items are fully disclosed within the description along with high-definition photographs to ensure that the customer is fully aware of the items they are expecting to receive and to fully disclose if there are any defects within those items prior to purchasing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, NO damage, tags still attached (if items had tags attached when you received it), in its original packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase. Being that all items are collectibles, there will be a full inspection recorded upon return of your item to ensure that there were no damages and that the item is in the same condition it was when sent to the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions and address to return your package.

Return shipping is provided by the customer.

If the return is due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a return shipping label along with the instructions and address to return your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
After the return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your sent-back item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
